Résumé

Pour l'auteur, d'un point de vue didactique, l'histoire des mathématiques est un concept essentiel et c'est un problème important lié à l'histoire humaine, à la connaissance et à l'apprentissage. C'est une question de culture, alphabétisation et éducation d'une société.
Cet article propose des éléments de réflexion pour répondre à des questions sur l'histoire des mathématiques telles que :
(1) Comment voyons-nous les mathématiques dans l'histoire ?
(2) Pourquoi l'histoire des mathématiques est-elle considérée comme un problème essentiel dans la pensée humaine ?
(3) L'histoire des mathématiques est-elle un projet singulier ? Est-elle multi-projets? Et si oui, ces projets sont-ils globalisants ?
(4) Les découvertes mathématiques reflètent-elles [une histoire] ou [l'histoire] des mathématiques humaines ?
(5) Pourquoi l'histoire des mathématiques est-elle un projet accepté mathématiquement ?
(6) Quelles sont les parties qui sont "inconnues" ou "perdues" dans l'histoire des mathématiques ?

Abstract

For the author, in critical educational view, the history of mathematics is a critical concept and it was a significant issue related to the human history, knowledge and learning. It's an issue of the culture,
literacy and education of a society.
This paper provides food for thought to answer questions about the history of mathematics such as:
(1) How do we view mathematics in history?
(2) Why is the history of mathematics viewed as a critical issue in human thought?
(3)Is the history of mathematics a singular project? Is it multi- projects? And if so, are these
projects comprehensive ?
(4) Do mathematical discoveries reflect [ a history ] or [ the history ] of human mathematics?
(5) Why is the history of mathematics a project accepted mathematically?
(6) What are the parts that are" unknowing "or" lost" in the history of mathematics?
